You are cordially invited to the launch of the inaugural LINK Culturefest; a weekend festival that aims to showcase and celebrate the culture, art and people that make up the diverse community that exists in Smithfield and its surrounding areas.
Between the 25th and the 27th May 2012 LINK Culturefest will host a series of events for the public, participating artists, and curators. The three day programme will feature an International Artists’ Exchange with organisations from Marseille and Lisbon, as well as showcasing a series of art exhibitions, live concerts, open studios, artists’ talks, live street art, outdoor screenings and performances.
Block T presents LINK Culturefest with a number of partners that have been integral in the establishment of a thriving cultural and creative community in the area. Block T most sincerely requests you to join in celebrating this festival. The launch will take place between 6pm and 9pm on Friday 25th May 2012 in Block B, Smithfield Square.
