PROJECT LEADER NEEDED – INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF GLASS
The International Festival of Glass is currently seeking a project leader to set up and coordinate a floating glass sculpture exhibition on the lake at Bodenham Arboretum (Worcestershire) as part of the International Festival of Glass. They are looking for a resourceful, organised, creative, flexible, self-motivated and practical person with some exhibitions/installations experience. This is a short term project role which will involve liaising between the artists, venue and the Festival organisers. The role will also entail promoting and marketing the event, coordinating setup and take down of the exhibition and organising a press day and a social evening for participating artists and visitors. The deadline for applications for this role is 7th February 2012. The fee will be £2,000. Set up of the exhibition will take place w/c 23 July with take-down w/c 28 August.
