CONTEMPORARY GLASS SOCIETY – GLASS GAMES 2012
This summer the Contemporary Glass Society is working with designers and makers, galleries, museums and arts organisations to create an exciting programme of events that will put contemporary glass on the map.
From 1st June to 30th September 2012, there'll be exhibitions, workshops, master classes and happenings that will capture the Olympic spirit and bring the magic of glass to more people than ever before. There'll also be six milestone events, connected by the handing over of a specially created glass baton – these will include a prestigious launch exhibition, a conference, and a grand finale.
There's still time to organise an event for the programme. The deadline for this is 14th February 2012. The deadline for glass artists to apply for selection to the London launch exhibition is 24th February 2012.
