EQUIPMENT TO RENT, WATERFORD

Workhouse Studios, a new Design and Craft Studio in Co.Waterford, have launched a rental scheme for the use of all available equipment and facilities onsite. The site boasts a number of glass cold-working machines and top-loading kilns, as well as large spaces and benches for working in. A technician can also be hired for various time slots, and all visitors to the studio will be given a short tutorial on the machinery they wish to rent to familiarise them with the particular pieces of equipment on site. All equipment rental must be booked in before arriving at the studio.

Mould Making Station Includes:
• 1 bench 1 x 2 metres for mould making, easy to clean surface
• A variety of wooden mould making boards in a variety of sizes, and clamps
• 1 double boiling ring for melting wax etc
• 2 steamers for cleaning out moulds
• A smaller bench set up with the burning rings and steamers
